Overview
Try This at Home: Marriage begins with a section called “Laying a Biblical Foundation.” It is spiritual, pastoral, theological, and devotional. The next section is more relational, psychological, and practical, and is called “Building Practical Love Skills.” There’s also section for high-risk marriages called “Help for Deeply Troubled Marriages.”
About the Authors
David and Jennifer met nearly a quarter century ago when Jennifer was asked by a youth magazine to write about Adventism’s hot new evangelist. Since then they’ve worked on several projects together, staying in touch as friends. When David returned in 2021 from seven years in Australia, they decided to dedicate their collaborative efforts to healing, helping, and honing families. Thus Try This at Home was born.
