With this option, you will receive a set of The Conflict Beautiful in either Sanctuary or Grayscale covers with digitally-printed marbled page edges designed by Lucy McGrath. The patterns printed on the page edges will be different for each book within a set, but sets will all share the same marbled pattern when compared to each other (unlike the hand-dipped sets where each book is completely unique).

We are also offering The Conflict Beautiful with standard (non-marbled) page edges in either Sanctuary or Grayscale covers at a great price.

We only stock complete sets, but during this preorder campaign we’re giving everyone the opportunity to purchase individual books from the set with either printed marbled page edges, or standard (non-marbled) page edges.

Only 100 sets will be created, and each set will be a one-of-a-kind work of art that includes a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity by master marbler, Lucy McGrath. 

To create these sets, each side of each book is dipped into a bath of marbled ink, and is then set aside to dry before being bound into the hard cover. Due to the analog nature of this process, the marbled pattern is constantly changing and results in a unique design each time.

Please note, we are limited to 100 of these sets. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. 

We found a partner in Germany who is able to print marbled patterns onto page edges, and the results are beautiful. 

Instead of dipping each book one-at-a-time into a bath of marbled ink, we’re printing high-resolution images of marbled patterns, which were also created by Lucy, onto the book edges. 

This results in each book having a unique pattern within a set, but sets will all share the same marbled patterns when compared to each other.

We’ll be ordering a limited amount of extra printed marbled sets, so if you want to guarantee getting one the only way to do that is by getting it during the campaign.

The Journals were created in collaboration with David Asscherick, and were designed to deepen and enrich your experience as you read through the Conflict of the Ages series

The complete set includes five Journals, one for each book within the Conflict of the Ages series. 

Each Journal provides a framework for taking big concepts and large volumes of information and compressing them down into something much more digestible. This is accomplished by filling out 2 pages per chapter as you read through the books. The first page provides a brief introduction to the chapter followed by devotional summary that creates space for you to ponder the Point, the Person, the Prayer, the Practice, and the Promise, and the second page leaves room for you to use any way you see fit—take notes, draw a picture, write a poem, etc.
